سيتم شحن طلبك في غضون من 1 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة ، بشراكتنا مع بوسطة، شحن خاص
من الوارد أن تتأخر شحناتك في العطلات بسبب قلة العاملين أو عدم قيام شركات الشحن بالتوصيل.
يمكنك اختيار شحن سريع، في نفس اليوم أو اليوم التالي (القاهرة – الجيزة) ولكن برسوم إضافية.

أسعار الشحن: تحدد أسعار الشحن على أساس المحافظة.
شركات الشحن: شركة بوسطة – شحن خاص بالشركة.
أوقات التسليم: خلال 24 : 48 ساعة لمحافظتى القاهرة والجيزة ,المحافظات من 3 : 5 أيام عمل ماعدا يوم الجمعة.
المناطق المغطاة: الشحن لجميع محافظات مصر.
الشروط الخاصة: بيتم دفع قيمة الشحن فقط مقدماً لتأكيد الطلب من خلال محفظة إلكترونية أو إنستاباى.
فتح الشحنة :يحق للعميل فتح الشحنة أمام مندوب الشحن,عدم الإستلام بيكون لعدم مطابقة الشحنة لطلب العميل أو للفاتورة الخاصة بالمنتج أو بوليصة الشحن,
ويتم تصوير الشحن وإرسال الصورة على الواتساب الخاص بالشركة وفي هذه الحالة تتكلف الشركة بكافة المصاريف .
التتبع: تقديم خدمة التتبع للشحنات من خلال شركة بوسطة.

The shipping policy in our store is simple, because we ship all orders that come from you within the Arab Republic of Egypt
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days depending on the province, in our partnership with Posta, special shipping.
It is possible that your shipments will be delayed during holidays due to a lack of workers or the failure of shipping companies to deliver
You can choose express shipping, same day or next day (Cairo – Giza) but at an additional fee
